Fundamental (Beginners) This slower paced class blends classical and contemporary Pilates. Ideal for those who need extra confidence in trying something new.
Mixed Level A full body workout designed for individuals who want to perfect their technique. Set at a pace that allows you to focus on strength, flexibility and balance with progressions added to challenge and advance.
Intermediate Suitable for those who want to work hard and explore new techniques. Expect a top-to-toe workout that will focus on building strength while challenging the core to achieve muscle fatigue.
Jumpboard Designed to boost your strength and cardio in this high-energy jumpboard class.  Tone your core, legs, and glutes while getting your heart rate up for a fat-burning workout.
Signature Strength Strength Reformer Pilates with Dumbbells. This full-body class blends Pilates movements with dumbbell training to tone, sculpt, and strengthen—especially your core, arms, and lower body. 
Prenatal REFORMER Prenatal course for mums to be. This reformer class will focus on pelvic floor, core control, upper body strength, posture, and alignment.
